- How-To & More
We ride what we sell! All of us here at fatbikes.com/9:ZERO:7 are year-round cyclists and stand behind what our products.
The 9:ZERO:7 brand is one of original fatbike brands and the first to develop an aluminum frame for fatbiking. In fact, 9:ZERO:7 was developed by owner James Stull because he wanted to have a faster, lighter fatbike for winter racing in Alaska.
Over the years, the design has evolved into a bike that can handle anything. The most competitive racers now prefer the carbon fiber offerings from 9:ZERO:7, but the alloy frame has developed its own reputation as a do-it-all bike for bikepackers, recreational cyclists, endurance events, and a cross-training tool for multi-sport athletes
The aluminum frame has been updated since its inception in 2007 to what we have today: A super stong, stiff and lightweight alloy fatbike with a low standover that is ready for all conditions.
We ride our fatbikes year-round in Alaska, and this suspension-corrected alloy frame will serve you for years to come. You can purchase a frameset only (with included headset bearings, seatpost clamp and front/rear thru-axles) and buidup the fatbike of your dreams--or you can choose to purchase a complete bike with a full range of options--from a standard alloy bike with alloy fork and wheels, to a lightweight race bike with carbon fork, wheels, and high-end SRAM components.
Either way, you wont be disappointed and can feel proud knowing you're riding a real Alaska designed fatbike with authentic racing heritage.
